CHOCOLATE PROTEIN SCRAMBLED OATS
INGREDIENTS
- 1 banana
- 1⁄2 cup Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Quick Oats
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp cacao powder
- Pinch of salt
- Extra virgin olive oil, to cook
METHOD

Mash the banana in a bowl and add the protein oats, egg and salt.

Drizzle oil in a small frying pan over medium heat. Add mixture to the pan and flatten it to form a thin layer. Cook for 2 minutes, then break up the mixture with a wooden spoon and continue cooking for another 3-4 minutes, or until ‘scrambled’ and cooked through.

Serve with your preferred toppings! I chose banana, raspberries, peanut butter, mixed seeds and honey!
