CINNAMON PROTEIN DOUGHNUT BALLS

INGREDIENTS  

  • 220g self-raising flour
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
  • 200g Greek yoghurt
  • Melted butter
  • Cinnamon sugar

METHOD 

  1. Add the flour, protein, and yoghurt to a bowl. Mix, then knead until smooth and combined.
  2. Cut and roll the dough into bite-sized balls and set aside.
    Place the balls into an air fryer and bake at 180° for 7–9 minutes.
  3. Coat in melted butter and cinnamon sugar, then enjoy warm!
