INGREDIENTS
- 220g self-raising flour
- 1 scoop Happy Way Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
- 200g Greek yoghurt
- Melted butter
- Cinnamon sugar
METHOD
- Add the flour, protein, and yoghurt to a bowl. Mix, then knead until smooth and combined.
- Cut and roll the dough into bite-sized balls and set aside.
Place the balls into an air fryer and bake at 180° for 7–9 minutes. - Coat in melted butter and cinnamon sugar, then enjoy warm!
