INGREDIENTS
- 1 1/2 cups of soy protein crisps
- 2 scoops Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
- Dark chocolate melts
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted
- Clinkers, chopped
METHOD
- In a large bowl, combine soy protein crisps, protein powder, and peanut butter.
- Melt chocolate melts in the microwave, then pour into the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture into a lined tray, pressing down firmly and smoothing the top.
- Melt extra chocolate and drizzle it over the top.
- Top it off with chopped clinkers, then refrigerate until set.
- Slice and enjoy!
