CLINKER CRISPY SLICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 1/2 cups of soy protein crisps⁠
  • 2 scoops Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
  • Dark chocolate melts ⁠
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter⁠
  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate, melted⁠
  • Clinkers, chopped⁠

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, combine soy protein crisps, protein powder, and peanut butter.⁠
  2. Melt chocolate melts in the microwave, then pour into the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.⁠
  3. Transfer the mixture into a lined tray, pressing down firmly and smoothing the top.⁠
  4. Melt extra chocolate and drizzle it over the top.⁠
  5. Top it off with chopped clinkers, then refrigerate until set.⁠
  6. Slice and enjoy!
