FOR THE BASE:

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 1 cup light coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut 

METHOD

  1. Combine all the base ingredients in a mixing bowl and pat down on a lined tray.
  2. Combine the topping ingredients in another bowl and spread on top of base.
  3. Set in the fridge overnight and then slice into 10 squares—enjoy!
