INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1.5 cups desiccated coconut
- 1/4 cup Happy Way unflavoured marine collagen
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 block dark chocolate
METHOD
- Heat raspberries in the microwave for 30–60 seconds.
- Add desiccated coconut, collagen, and maple syrup to the raspberries and mix.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place in the freezer for 30–60 minutes.
- Melt chocolate and coat the balls, then refrigerate for 30+ minutes and ENJOY!
