COFFEE GINGERBREAD JELLIES
INGREDIENTS
- Coconut milk 400ml
- 1 tsp agar agar
- 1 scoop Happy Way Coffee Vegan Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp grounded cloves
- Gingerbread silicone mould
METHOD
- Heat all the ingredients (excluding 200ml coconut milk and protein powder). Boil for a minute and mix until combined.
- Mix protein powder with 200ml coconut milk and add to the rest of the ingredients.
- Pour into the silicone moulds and leave for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Remove from mould and enjoy!
