INGREDIENTS
  • 1 x can of coconut cream⁠
  • 10 x or more sponge fingers depending on your dish size⁠
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pure vanilla essence⁠
  • 2 x shots of espresso coffee⁠
  • 1 x scoop of Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder⁠

METHOD 
  1. Begin by adding your coconut cream, vanilla essence and Deja Brew Coffee Whey Protein Powder to⁠ a blender and blend on high for 1 minute.⁠
  2. In a baking dish, tightly layer the sponge fingers and pour a layer of espresso followed by a layer of⁠ the coconut mix, and repeat this process until all of the mixture is gone.⁠
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours, and enjoy!
