INGREDIENTS
- 250g nut butter of choice
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 50g @happywayau Double Choc Chip Protein Powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp salt
- 100g mini choc chips (reserve 25g for drizzle)
METHOD
- Mix everything in a large bowl until smooth.
- Adjust the texture if needed (add a splash of milk if too dry, or a little coconut/protein powder if too wet).
- Roll into 30g balls (makes 16–18 balls).
- Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
