COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS

  • 250g nut butter of choice 
  • 60ml maple syrup
  • 60g desiccated coconut⁠
  • 50g @happywayau Double Choc Chip Protein Powder ⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 100g mini choc chips (reserve 25g for drizzle)⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix everything in a large bowl until smooth.⁠
  2. Adjust the texture if needed (add a splash of milk if too dry, or a little coconut/protein powder if too wet).⁠
  3. Roll into 30g balls (makes 16–18 balls).⁠
  4. Chill in the fridge for 1 hour.⁠
  5. Drizzle with melted chocolate.⁠
  6. Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.⁠
