INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 3/4 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup @happywayau Vegan Flavourless Protein 
  • 1/2 tbsp almond milk 
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

FOR THE TOPPING 

  • 85g 80% dark chocolate
  • Crushed nuts of choice

 

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Roll into balls and place on a plate lined with parchment paper
  3. Refrigerate for 1 hour
  4. Melt the chocolate & dip the bites in. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy!
