COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BITES
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 3/4 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup @happywayau Vegan Flavourless Protein
- 1/2 tbsp almond milk
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
FOR THE TOPPING
- 85g 80% dark chocolate
- Crushed nuts of choice
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together
- Roll into balls and place on a plate lined with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for 1 hour
- Melt the chocolate & dip the bites in. Sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
- Refrigerate for 10 minutes and enjoy!
