INGREDIENTS
- 370ml milk of choice
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp Happy Way’s Cookies and Cream Protein Powder
- 2 tbsp instant pudding powder
- Pinch salt
- 2 tbsp thickened cream
- 3 Oreos, crushed (plus more to serve)
METHOD
- Add milk, cacao powder, instant pudding powder, salt and cream to a blender. Blend until completely smooth, then pour into a container and sprinkle over the crushed Oreos.
- Freeze for 24 hours, then remove from freezer and let sit for 10-15 minutes before scooping. Top with extra crushed Oreos and serve!
