INGREDIENTS
- 40g Rolled oats
- 30g Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder
- 80g Light Greek yoghurt
TOPPING
- 60g Light Greek yoghurt
- 10g Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder
- 1 teaspoon skim milk
- 2 mini oreos
METHOD
- Mix oats base together in a bowl.
- In a separate small bowl mix the topping together, then gently layer on top of oats base.
- Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day
