INGREDIENTS

  • 40g Rolled oats 
  • 30g Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder 
  • 80g Light Greek yoghurt

 

TOPPING

  • 60g Light Greek yoghurt
  • 10g Cookies & Cream Whey Protein Powder
  • 1 teaspoon skim milk 
  • 2 mini oreos

 

METHOD

  1. Mix oats base together in a bowl.
  2. In a separate small bowl mix the topping together, then gently layer on top of oats base.
  3. Place in the fridge overnight and enjoy the next day
