INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Protein
- 1 cup soy protein crisps
- 1/2 cup Biscoff, melted (or peanut butter)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Biscoff, melted (extra for the top)
- Biscoff biscuits, crushed
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a mini cupcake mould and press down until fully packed.
- Cover the top with Biscoff and refrigerate until firm
- Remove from the mould and enjoy!
