INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 cup Happy Way double choc chip protein
- 80g dates
- 3 cups rice crisps
- 1/4 cup cranberries
- 1/2 cup natural peanut butter (runny)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 180g block chocolate to melt
METHOD

Soak dates in hot water for 10 mins, then blend with some of the water. Toss in cranberries and blend again.
- Mix peanut butter and honey in a bowl until smooth.
- Stir in rice crisps, date & cranberry mix, and protein powder until combined.
- Press the mix into a lined brownie tin, flatten with a spatula.
- Melt chocolate, drizzle on top, then chill in the fridge for an hour. Slice and enjoy!
