INGREDIENTS
- 60g peanut butter
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 2 scoops Happy Way Matcha Latte Protein Powder
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- Dash of salt
- 2-3 tbsp of milk
- 100g white choc chips*
- 1-tsp coconut oil*
- 1/2 tsp Happy Way Matcha Powder*

METHOD
- Mix it up: In a bowl, combine peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and milk. The mixture will be sticky—if it’s too sticky to roll, simply add a little more protein powder until it reaches a rollable consistency.
- Shape your balls: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them in the fridge for 10–20 minutes, or until firm.
- Make the coating: Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir in matcha powder and protein soy crisps until fully combined.
- Coat and chill: Dip each ball into the white chocolate mixture until coated, then refrigerate until set.
