CRISPY MATCHA PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 60g peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 2 scoops Happy Way Matcha Latte Protein Powder 
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 2-3 tbsp of milk
  • 100g white choc chips*
  • 1-tsp coconut oil*
  • 1/2 tsp Happy Way Matcha Powder*
  • 20 g protein soy crisps*

METHOD 

  1. Mix it up: In a bowl, combine peanut butter, rolled oats, protein powder, maple syrup, a pinch of salt, and milk. The mixture will be sticky—if it’s too sticky to roll, simply add a little more protein powder until it reaches a rollable consistency.
  2. Shape your balls: Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls and place them in the fridge for 10–20 minutes, or until firm.
  3. Make the coating: Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals. Stir in matcha powder and protein soy crisps until fully combined.
  4. Coat and chill: Dip each ball into the white chocolate mixture until coated, then refrigerate until set.
  5. Enjoy! Grab one whenever you need a protein-packed, matcha-infused treat.
