INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Happy Way Cookies and Cream Protein
- 1 1/2 cups soy protein crisps
- 50g peanut butter
- 50g white chocolate, melted (optional)
- 45g maple syrup
- White chocolate, melted
- Oreos, crushed
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a mini cupcake mould and press down until fully packed.
- Melt the white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Top with crushed Oreos and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove from the mould and enjoy!
