INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 cup soy protein crisps
- 50g hulled tahini
- 50g pistachio spread, melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- Dark chocolate, melted
- Pistachios, crushed
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a mini cupcake mould and press down until fully packed.
- Melt dark chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cover the top with chocolate and crushed pistachios and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove from mould and enjoy!
