CRISPY WHITE CHOC RASPBERRY PROTEIN CUPS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein 
  • 1 cup soy protein crisps⁠
  • 1/2 cup almond butter, melted (or low-sugar white chocolate spread)⁠
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup⁠
  • White chocolate, melted⁠
  • Fresh berries, only if consuming on the day of preparation⁠

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.⁠
  2. Spoon the mixture into a mini cupcake mould and press down until fully packed.⁠
  3. Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.⁠
  4. Cover the top with chocolate and refrigerate until firm.⁠
  5. Remove from mould and enjoy!
