INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Happy Way White Choc Raspberry Protein
- 1 cup soy protein crisps
- 1/2 cup almond butter, melted (or low-sugar white chocolate spread)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- White chocolate, melted
- Fresh berries, only if consuming on the day of preparation
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well combined.
- Spoon the mixture into a mini cupcake mould and press down until fully packed.
- Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds.
- Cover the top with chocolate and refrigerate until firm.
- Remove from mould and enjoy!
