INGREDIENTS
- 250g hazelnut peanut butter
- 60ml maple syrup
- 60g desiccated coconut
- 50g Happy Way Dark Chocolate whey protein
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- 75g dark chocolate (for dipping)
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and stir until smooth and fully combined.
- Press the mixture flat into a lined pan.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour.
- Cut into 30g squares and dip each one in melted dark chocolate.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week and enjoy!
