INGREDIENTS 

  • 10–12 Medjool dates, pitted and halved
  • 2–3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts (roughly chopped or whole)
  • 200g dark chocolate (70–85% cocoa)
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Dark Chocolate Whey Protein
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

METHOD 

  1. Layer halved, pitted dates in a lined tray and flatten firmly with a cup or rolling pin to form the base. 
  2. Spread a smooth layer of peanut butter over the date base. 
  3. Sprinkle unsalted peanuts evenly across the peanut butter layer. 
  4. Melt dark chocolate, and stir in a scoop of Dark Chocolate Whey Protein until combined.
  5. Pour over the top, chill until set, then slice or snap into bark pieces and enjoy!
