INGREDIENTS
- 10–12 Medjool dates, pitted and halved
- 2–3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts (roughly chopped or whole)
- 200g dark chocolate (70–85% cocoa)
- 1 scoop Happy Way Dark Chocolate Whey Protein
- Pinch of sea salt (optional)
METHOD
- Layer halved, pitted dates in a lined tray and flatten firmly with a cup or rolling pin to form the base.
- Spread a smooth layer of peanut butter over the date base.
- Sprinkle unsalted peanuts evenly across the peanut butter layer.
- Melt dark chocolate, and stir in a scoop of Dark Chocolate Whey Protein until combined.
- Pour over the top, chill until set, then slice or snap into bark pieces and enjoy!
