
DIY BAKED OATS
OAT BASE INGREDIENTS:
ADD-IN INGREDIENTS

TOPPING INGREDIENTS

- 1/2 rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon to taste
- 30g @happywayau (1) banana or (2) vanilla protein
- Almond milk (enough just to cover ingredients and mix together)
ADD-IN INGREDIENTS
Option (1)
- Handful of frozen blueberries
- 1/2 banana, mashed
TOPPING INGREDIENTS
Option (1)
- *Choc chips
Option (2)
- Flaked almonds
SERVING INGREDIENTS
Option (1)
- Peanut butter
Option (2)
- Maple syrup
Choose option (1) or (2) or make up your own!
METHOD
- Mix all oats base ingredients together and then the add-ins.
- Pour into a greased ramekin.
- Add toppings.
- Bake in the air fryer on 175 for 16 mins or in an oven on 180 for around 25 mins.
- Serve with peanut butter and/or maple syrup. ENJOY!!!
