OAT BASE INGREDIENTS:
  • 1/2 rolled oats
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 30g @happywayau (1) banana or (2) vanilla protein
  • Almond milk (enough just to cover ingredients and mix together)

ADD-IN INGREDIENTS 
Option (1)
  • Handful of frozen blueberries
Option (2)
  • 1/2 banana, mashed

TOPPING INGREDIENTS
Option (1)
  • *Choc chips

Option (2)

  •  Flaked almonds


SERVING INGREDIENTS
Option (1)

  • Peanut butter

Option (2)

  • Maple syrup


Choose option (1) or (2) or make up your own!

METHOD

  1. Mix all oats base ingredients together and then the add-ins.
  2. Pour into a greased ramekin.
  3. Add toppings.
  4. Bake in the air fryer on 175 for 16 mins or in an oven on 180 for around 25 mins.
  5. Serve with peanut butter and/or maple syrup. ENJOY!!!
