INGREDIENTS

  • 2 Eggs⁠
  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice⁠
  • 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup⁠
  • 1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread, melted⁠
  • 1 1/2 Cups Self Raising Flour⁠
  • 1/2 Cup Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder⁠
  • 1/3 Cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder⁠
  • 1/2 Block White Chocolate, roughly chopped⁠


METHOD

  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl⁠
  2. Pour into a greased muffin tray⁠
  3. Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes⁠
  4. ENJOY!⁠
