DOUBLE CHOC BISCOFF MUFFINS
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Cup Milk of Choice
- 1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
- 1/2 Cup Biscoff Spread, melted
- 1 1/2 Cups Self Raising Flour
- 1/2 Cup Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
- 1/3 Cup Happy Way Cacao Powder
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 Block White Chocolate, roughly chopped
METHOD
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl
- Pour into a greased muffin tray
- Bake at 180C for 20-25 minutes
