DOUBLE CHOCOLATE PROTEIN BAKED OATS

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups rolled oats⁠
  • 30g Happy Way Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder⁠
  • 1 tsp baking powder⁠
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed⁠
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup⁠
  • 1.5 cups almond milk⁠

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients.⁠
  2. Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.⁠
  3. Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.⁠
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 180 C. ⁠
  5. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before slicing to serve
