EASY MOCHA OVERNIGHT OATS
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE OATS:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 coffee shots
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 scoop (30 g) Happy Way Choc Caramel Whey Protein Powder
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Yoghurt
- Muesli/granola
- Maple syrup
- Fruit
- Any toppings you wish!
METHOD
- Mix all the ingredients together for the oats in a small bowl or jar and leave in the fridge to set overnight.
- In the morning, remove and top with yoghurt, muesli, maple syrup, seasonal fruit or your choice of toppings—dig in and enjoy!
