INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop (30g) Happy Way Choc Hazelnut Protein Powder
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp crushed hazelnuts (plus extra for coating)
- 2 tbsp smooth hazelnut butter
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2–3 tbsp milk of choice (add gradually)
- 10 whole roasted hazelnuts (for the centre)
- 50g dark chocolate, melted (for coating)
METHOD
- Combine protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, crushed hazelnuts, and salt.
- Stir through hazelnut butter, honey, and 2 tbsp milk until a soft, dough-like mix forms (add an extra splash of milk if needed).
- Roll into smooth balls with a hazelnut in the centre.
- Place balls in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
- Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and finish with crushed hazelnuts on top.
