FERRERO ROCHER PROTEIN BALLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop (30g) Happy Way Choc Hazelnut Protein⁠ Powder
  • 1 cup rolled oats⁠
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder⁠
  • 2 tbsp crushed hazelnuts (plus extra for coating)⁠
  • 2 tbsp smooth hazelnut butter⁠
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup⁠
  • 2–3 tbsp milk of choice (add gradually)⁠
  • 10 whole roasted hazelnuts (for the centre)⁠
  • 50g dark chocolate, melted (for coating)⁠

METHOD

  1. Combine protein powder, oats, cocoa powder, crushed hazelnuts, and salt.⁠
  2. Stir through hazelnut butter, honey, and 2 tbsp milk until a soft, dough-like mix forms (add an extra splash of milk if needed).⁠
  3. Roll into smooth balls with a hazelnut in the centre.⁠
  4. Place balls in the fridge for 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Dip each ball in melted dark chocolate and finish with crushed hazelnuts on top.⁠
