INGREDIENTS
- 1-2 serves Happy Way vanilla protein powder
- ¾ 1 cup oat flour
- 1/2 cup almond meal
- 1 banana (mashed)
- 1/3 cup peanut butter
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
METHOD
- Mix all ingredients together (except chocolate). If the mixture is too tacky, add more oats.
- Put the mixture in the fridge for 10 mins, then roll into 5-6 balls.
- Put balls back into the fridge for 10 mins to harden, then coat in chocolate.
- Allow chocolate to cool completely and then enjoy!
