FOR THE MOUSSE:

  • Shredded coconut
  • Fresh raspberries 

METHOD

  1. Blitz all of the mousse ingredients together in a medium sized blender until smooth and creamy. You can add an extra tablespoon of milk if you want a runnier or smoother consistency.
  2. Pour the mousse into a cup or ramekin and add your favourite toppings—enjoy!
