HEALTHIER CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
INGREDIENTS
FOR THE MOUSSE:
- 2 ripe avocados
- 2 tbsp dutch cocoa
- 2 scoops (60 g) Happy Way Choc Coconut Protein Powder (whey or vegan)
- 4 tbsp milk of choice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch salt
FOR THE TOPPING:
- Shredded coconut
- Fresh raspberries
METHOD
- Blitz all of the mousse ingredients together in a medium sized blender until smooth and creamy. You can add an extra tablespoon of milk if you want a runnier or smoother consistency.
- Pour the mousse into a cup or ramekin and add your favourite toppings—enjoy!
