INGREDIENTS 

  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries 
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice, more depending on desired consistency 
  • 3 scoops low-sugar vanilla ice-cream 
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder 
  • Whipped cream (optional)
  • Sprinkles (optional) 

METHOD 

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
