HEALTHY 'MCDONALDS' GRIMACE SHAKE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup milk of choice, more depending on desired consistency
- 3 scoops low-sugar vanilla ice-cream
- 1 scoop Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- Whipped cream (optional)
- Sprinkles (optional)
METHOD
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass, top with whipped cream and sprinkles and enjoy!
