HEALTHY PROTEIN 'LCM' BARS

INGREDIENTS

METHOD 

  1. In a saucepan over low heat, mix together honey and coconut oil. Bring to a simmer and remove from heat.
  2. Add the peanut butter and mix until combined.
  3. Add cereal, oats and sprinkles and mix until everything is evenly distributed.
  4. Press the mixture into a lined square tray or silicone bar mould.
  5. Drizzle melted chocolate and decorate with more sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Slice to enjoy or remove from moulds and enjoy!
