HEALTHY PUMPKIN PROTEIN BITES
INGREDIENTS
- 250g quick oats
- 80g Happy Way Caramel Biscuit Protein Powder
- 120g pure pumpkin puree
- 190g almond butter
- 1tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 60g sugar-free maple syrup
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. This helps the mixture harden and makes it easier to roll into balls.
- Roll the mixture into 24 mini balls and store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and enjoy!
