INGREDIENTS
- 30g Happy Way Dark Chocolate Vegan Protein Powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 150-200g yoghurt of choice
- Dark Chocolate, melted
- Sprinkles
METHOD
- In a bowl add the protein, maple syrup, and yoghurt. Mix until all combined.
- Add the mixture into a mini cupcake mould, about halfway.
- Top with melted dark chocolate and cover with sprinkles and refrigerate until firm.
