HIGH PROTEIN CINNAMON ROLLS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 1½ cups plain flour
  • 1 scoop Happy Way Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • Cinnamon sugar + coconut oil 
  • 1¼ cup high protein Greek yoghurt

METHOD 

  1. Preheat the oven to 180° and line a pan with baking paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, protein, baking powder, salt (if using) and yoghurt. Knead the dough with your hands until fully combined and shape into a ball.
  3. Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and spread your cinnamon sugar spread on top. 
  4. Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and cut into 5 pieces.
  5. Arrange the rolls in the pan and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
  6. Allow to cool before serving with yoghurt. Enjoy!
