INGREDIENTS
- 1½ cups plain flour
- 1 scoop Happy Way Cinnamon Bun Protein Powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- Cinnamon sugar + coconut oil
- 1¼ cup high protein Greek yoghurt
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180° and line a pan with baking paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, mix together the flour, protein, baking powder, salt (if using) and yoghurt. Knead the dough with your hands until fully combined and shape into a ball.
- Roll the dough into a rectangular shape and spread your cinnamon sugar spread on top.
- Roll the dough into a cylinder shape and cut into 5 pieces.
- Arrange the rolls in the pan and bake for 35 minutes or until golden and fluffy.
- Allow to cool before serving with yoghurt. Enjoy!
