INGREDIENTS
- 300g cottage cheese
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Happy Way Dark Chocolate Protein Powder
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup (depending on preferred level of sweetness)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 4 strawberries, diced, for garnish
- 1 square dark chocolate, for garnish
METHOD
- In a blender, combine the cottage cheese, cocoa, protein powder, maple syrup, vanilla and salt. Blend until smooth.
- Divide mousse between two serving glasses or bowls, then top with diced strawberries and a grating of dark chocolate.
