HIGH-PROTEIN DINNER ROLLS
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 3/4 cup Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder
- 2 cups Chobani Plain high-protein Greek Yoghurt
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
METHOD
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and knead until smooth.
- Divide into 10 equal portions (approx. 100g each) and roll into balls with lightly oiled hands.
- Arrange in an oiled pan and brush with egg wash.
- Decorate with fresh herbs and pink peppercorns for a festive touch.
- Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
