INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 cups self-rising flour⁠
  • 3/4 cup Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder ⁠
  • 2 cups Chobani Plain high-protein Greek Yoghurt⁠
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil⁠
  • 1 tsp sea salt flakes⁠

METHOD 

  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and knead until smooth. ⁠
  2. Divide into 10 equal portions (approx. 100g each) and roll into balls with lightly oiled hands.⁠
  3. Arrange in an oiled pan and brush with egg wash.⁠
  4. Decorate with fresh herbs and pink peppercorns for a festive touch.⁠
  5. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and enjoy!
