INGREDIENTS
For the base:
- 1/2 cup rolled or quick oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 120ml milk of choice
- 1 scoop Happy Way Strawberry Protein Powder
- 4 strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
For the Topping:
- ½ cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp matcha powder
- 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 fresh strawberry, diced
METHOD
- In a blender, combine the milk, strawberry protein powder, strawberries and yoghurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- In a bowl or jar, mix the rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour over the strawberry milk and stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to thicken.
- In the morning, stir together the Greek yoghurt, matcha powder and maple syrup (if using) until smooth.
- Spoon the matcha yoghurt over the top. Finish with diced fresh strawberries and serve
