HIGH PROTEIN STRAWBERRY MATCHA OVERNIGHT OATS

INGREDIENTS

For the base: 

For the Topping:

  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp matcha powder
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 fresh strawberry, diced

METHOD

  1. In a blender, combine the milk, strawberry protein powder, strawberries and yoghurt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. In a bowl or jar, mix the rolled oats and chia seeds. Pour over the strawberry milk and stir until fully combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) to thicken.
  3. In the morning, stir together the Greek yoghurt, matcha powder and maple syrup (if using) until smooth.
  4. Spoon the matcha yoghurt over the top. Finish with diced fresh strawberries and serve
