HIGH-PROTEIN VANILLA MOUSSE

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. Gently halve a chocolate egg. ⁠
  2. In a small mixing bowl mix together yoghurt and protein powder until fully combined.⁠
  3. Spoon yoghurt mixture into the egg.⁠
  4. Top with fresh berries, Easter sprinkles and lollies and enjoy!
