INGREDIENTS
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 brown onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, shredded
- 1 celery stalk, shredded
- 500g pork mince
- ⅔ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp salt
- Black pepper
- 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Protein Powder
- 1 ½ sheets puff pastry, cut in half
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Add all the filling ingredients to a bowl and mix with your hands until well combined.
- Cut a sheet of puff pastry in half, add the sausage mixture to one half, roll into a log and repeat.
- Slice into quarters, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy with tomato sauce!
