INGREDIENTS 

  • 4 tbsp plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Happy Way Hot Choccy Powder 
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 3 tbsp milk of choice
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings of choice (we used marshmallows and sugar free choc chips)

METHOD

  • In a microwave-safe mug or ramekin, whisk together the flour, Hot Choccy powder, baking powder, and salt.
  • Add the milk and oil, to the mug. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  • If using, sprinkle your toppings of choice on top of the batter.
  • Place the mug into the air fryer basket and cook for  8-10 minutes on 160 degrees.
  • Remove the mug from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before enjoying.
