INGREDIENTS 

METHOD:

  1. Cook Happy Way Protein Banana Bread to packet instructions and pour the mixture into a heart-shaped mould. 
  2. In a small bowl, mash the raspberries until you reach a syrupy consistency. 
  3. Add the chia seeds, Super Reds and maple syrup to the raspberry mixture. 
  4. Allow the banana bread to cool and add the homemade jam filling to the centre. 
  5. Serve hot with ice-cream or refrigerate and enjoy cold!
