INGREDIENTS
- 375g mayversfood nut butter of choice
- 150g almond flour
- 30g Happy Way Peanut Butter Whey Protein
- 45g melted coconut oil
- 150g maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maldonsalt sea salt flakes
- 180g chocolate chips
- 90g Medjool dates, chopped
- 25g crushed peanuts
- 25g crushed potato chips
- 25g crushed pretzels
- Topping: 120g melted dark chocolate. Extra crushed pretzels, chips, peanuts & flaky sea salt.
METHOD
- Add all the ingredients together (minus the toppings) into a bowl and mix until combined.
- Spread onto a lined baking tray until flat.
- Top with melted chocolate and garnish with leftover extra toppings.
- Refrigerate until firm and slice to enjoy!
