KITCHEN SINK PEANUT BUTTER BARS

INGREDIENTS 

  • 375g mayversfood nut butter of choice
  • 150g almond flour
  • 30g Happy Way Peanut Butter Whey Protein
  • 45g melted coconut oil
  • 150g maple syrup⁠
  • 1 tsp vanilla⁠
  • 1 tsp maldonsalt sea salt flakes
  • 180g chocolate chips
  • 90g Medjool dates, chopped⁠
  • 25g crushed peanuts ⁠
  • 25g crushed potato chips⁠
  • 25g crushed pretzels⁠
  • Topping: 120g melted dark chocolate. Extra crushed pretzels, chips, peanuts & flaky sea salt.⁠

METHOD

  1. Add all the ingredients together (minus the toppings) into a bowl and mix until combined. ⁠
  2. Spread onto a lined baking tray until flat. ⁠
  3. Top with melted chocolate and garnish with leftover extra toppings. 
  4. Refrigerate until firm and slice to enjoy!
