INGREDIENTS

METHOD 

  1. Mix all the ingredients together until really smooth, add a little more water or milk if needed, you don’t want the batter too thick.
  2. Pour into a waffle maker that’s been sprayed with a little olive oil spray so it doesn’t stick.
  3. Cook on med - high heat for 3-5 minutes or until crispy to touch on the outside.
  4. Cut your waffle and serve with whatever you desire.

I have used 60g coconut yoghurt with 1/2 scoop @happywayau chocolate protein powder, strawberries, a sprinkle of coconut and some sugar free maple syrup(10g)
