MALTED ENERGY BITES

INGREDIENTS 

  • 250g almond butter
  • 75ml Saunders Malt Extract or maple syrup⁠
  • 60g desiccated coconut (plus extra if needed)⁠
  • 50g Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon + extra for top⁠
  • 1 tsp salt⁠
  • Melted white chocolate, for drizzling⁠

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.If too dry, add more malt extract. If too wet, add more coconut.⁠
  2. Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.⁠
  3. Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.⁠
  4. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and dust with cinnamon before serving and enjoy!
