INGREDIENTS
- 250g almond butter
- 75ml Saunders Malt Extract or maple syrup
- 60g desiccated coconut (plus extra if needed)
- 50g Happy Way vanilla whey protein powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon + extra for top
- 1 tsp salt
- Melted white chocolate, for drizzling
METHOD
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until well combined.If too dry, add more malt extract. If too wet, add more coconut.
- Scoop into 30g portions and roll into balls.
- Chill in the fridge for at least 1 hour to set.
- Drizzle with melted white chocolate and dust with cinnamon before serving and enjoy!
