INGREDIENTS

1 ¼ cups soy protein crisps
- ¼ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup rice malt syrup
- 2 tbsp Happy Way Vanilla Vegan Protein
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Matcha Powder (adjust to taste)
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 splash of vanilla extract

1 block dark chocolate (melted)
METHOD
- Mix crisps, protein and matcha in a bowl.
- Stir in rice malt syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and salt.
- Press into silicone ice cube trays, chill for 10 minutes.
- Melt chocolate, pour over, and top with a sprinkle of salt.
- Freeze for at least an hour and enjoy!
