MATCH CHOCOLATE PROTEIN CRISP SLICE

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 ¼ cups soy protein crisps ⁠
  • ¼ cup almond butter ⁠
  • ¼ cup rice malt syrup ⁠
  • 2 tbsp Happy Way Vanilla Vegan Protein
  • 1 tbsp Happy Way Matcha Powder (adjust to taste)⁠
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted⁠
  • 1 pinch of sea salt ⁠
  • 1 splash of vanilla extract⁠
  • 1 block dark chocolate (melted)

METHOD

  1. Mix crisps, protein and matcha in a bowl.⁠
  2. Stir in rice malt syrup, almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla and salt. 
  3. Press into silicone ice cube trays, chill for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate, pour over, and top with a sprinkle of salt. 
  5. Freeze for at least an hour and enjoy!
