MATCHA PROTEIN WAFFLES
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp Happy Way Matcha Milk Tea Whey Protein Powder
- 1 cup oats
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 bananas, mashed
- 1 pinch salt
- Maple syrup and fruit to add on top
METHOD
- In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until well combined and smooth. Pour the mixture into a waffle maker and cook until the waffles are lightly brown on top. Top with your favourite fruit and drizzle with maple syrup and enjoy!
