Matcha White Chocolate Protein Bars

INGREDIENTS

METHOD

  1. In a large bowl, combine oats, macadamia nuts, protein powder, desiccated coconut, hemp seeds and a pinch of salt.
  2. Stir in maple syrup, vanilla extract and almond butter. Add milk gradually if the mixture feels too dry - it should be sticky enough to hold together when pressed.
  3. Line a loaf tin with baking paper and press the mixture firmly into the tray.
  4. Melt white chocolate and drizzle over the top, then dust the matcha powder on top. Refrigerate for 1 hour, then slice into bars and store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
