INGREDIENTS
- 30g Happy Way Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 30g self raising flour
- 1 egg
- 100ml water
- Pinch of baking powder
- 60g raspberries
Toppings:
- 70g Greek yoghurt
- 30ml sugar free maple syrup
METHOD
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix all ingredients together in an oven-safe bowl (excluding the raspberries).
- Gently fold through the raspberries and bake for 25–30 minutes.
- Enjoy with yoghurt and maple syrup
