
MEGHAN MARKLE'S ONE POT PASTA
INGREDIENTS
- 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder
- 300g spaghetti or pasta of choice
- 5 gloves garlic, minced
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halves
- Olive oil
- Handful of chopped kale (or spinach/rocket)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated
METHOD
- In a large pan with tall sides, add the garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, and two big pinches of salt. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add the dry spaghetti on top and top with chicken stock, which should be just enough to cover the ingredients.
- Add a scoop of flavourless protein and mix until combined.
Bring the contents to a boil, cover, and cook on medium-high heat until the pasta is al dente; about 8 to 12 minutes. Stirring occasionally. - Remove from heat and add the kale and grated cheese. Mix well to create a creamy sauce and enjoy!
