INGREDIENTS 

  • 1 scoop Happy Way Flavourless Whey Protein Powder 
  • 300g spaghetti or pasta of choice
  • 5 gloves garlic, minced
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halves
  • Olive oil
  • Handful of chopped kale (or spinach/rocket)
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 4 cups chicken stock
  • Parmigiano Reggiano cheese, grated

METHOD 

  1. In a large pan with tall sides, add the garlic, tomatoes, olive oil, and two big pinches of salt. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add the dry spaghetti on top and top with chicken stock, which should be just enough to cover the ingredients.
  3. Add a scoop of flavourless protein and mix until combined.
    Bring the contents to a boil, cover, and cook on medium-high heat until the pasta is al dente; about 8 to 12 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
  4. Remove from heat and add the kale and grated cheese. Mix well to create a creamy sauce and enjoy!
