200g Happy Way Chocolate Buttermilk Protein Pancake Mix
- 160ml milk or water
- 1 banana, sliced
- Cooking oil
- Toppings: fruit of choice and maple syrup
METHOD
- In a bowl, mix together the protein pancake mix and milk.
- Heat a small frypan over low-to-medium heat.
- Add sliced bananas to the mixture and shake off any excess before placing into the pan.
- Cook until golden and serve with fruit and maple syrup!
