MINI CHIA PROTEIN PUDDING
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon Happy Way Vanilla Vegan Protein Powder
- Dash of vanilla essence
- Fruit of choice for topping
In a jar or small bowl combine all the ingredients besides the fruit topping and mix until smooth.
Cover and place in the fridge overnight.
Add your toppings of choice in the morning and enjoy!
