INGREDINETS

FOR THE BASE:

  • 3/4 cup almond meal
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1 tbsp Flavourless Protein @happywayau 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup

FOR THE FILLING: 

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Pinch of salt

FOR THE TOPPING:

  • 100g dark chocolate, melted

METHOD

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and press into a lined tin. 
  2. Bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes or until golden. Set aside to cool.
  3. Combine all ingredients and pour over the cooked base. Smooth out into an even layer.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over caramel and refrigerate before slicing and enjoy!
