INGREDIENTS

2 cups rolled oats
- 60g Happy Way Salted Caramel Whey Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 Tbsp poppy seeds
- 125g apple puree
- 1.5 cups milk of choice
- 1 orange – cubed + zest+
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3-4 Tbsp juice (adjust to taste)
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup or honey
METHOD
- In a large bowl, mix together your dry ingredients.
- Add all wet ingredients to the dry mixture and mix until well combined.
- Pour mixture into a prepared square baking tray.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes at 180°C.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Optional: Top with vanilla yoghurt
- Portion into 4–5 serves and store in your fridge in airtight containers.
